Tory Fodder (Taos Pueblo) is the Manager of the Indigenous Governance Program (IGP). In this capacity, he oversees IGP's flagship event, January in Tucson (JIT); Rebuilding Native Nations (RNN) Online Courses; the IGP graduate program; chairs the IGP Marketing and Outreach Team; and helps facilitate the development of IGP's international partnerships.
